Common questions about contacting and working with Atlantic Diving & Welding
For accurate quotes, please provide: project location (GPS coordinates if available), water depth, type of structure (platform, ship, pipeline, etc.), specific work required, access restrictions, timeline requirements, and any relevant drawings or specifications.
Emergency response times vary by location: US East Coast (4-12 hours), Gulf of Mexico (6-18 hours), North Sea (6-24 hours), West Africa (12-48 hours). Our emergency operations center is staffed 24/7 and can mobilize teams immediately upon receiving a call.
Yes, we can provide emergency services worldwide. While our primary coverage is the Atlantic region, we have successfully completed emergency projects in the Pacific, Indian Ocean, and other locations. Additional mobilization time and costs may apply for locations outside our normal coverage.
All our personnel hold relevant certifications: ADCI or IMCA diver certification, AWS certified welders (D3.6 for underwater welding), NDT certifications, first aid/CPR, and specialized training for specific environments (saturation diving, hazardous materials, etc.). Documentation available upon request.
For non-emergency projects, typical mobilization time is 1-3 weeks depending on project complexity, location, and equipment requirements. We recommend contacting us at least 4-6 weeks before your desired start date to allow for proper planning, permitting, and equipment mobilization.
